Help dating this Breezysound guitar? Possible 1985...

Hi, have this breezy sound that I've been offered. Serial number reads 3270 and seller believes it's 1985. He isn't sure of model though and I would like to know value and model before I agree on trade. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers
