Yours was part of a large batch made in May 83 and looks like most if not all were sent to the UK. All the below were in the same batch.

5=12 ST60 MB Block logo matching head L11444 (purchased 28th November 1983, from Guitarzan Middlesborough, UK)
5=12 ST60 SO Block logo matching head L12126 (switch code 341 = April 83)
5=12 ST55R MR Block logo
5=12 ST50 FO block logo ''5 digit serial'
5=12 ST50 GS 14820
5=12 TST script YSO 15970 (Fanatics)
5=12 ST50 OW no serial (fanatics with out the fanatics line - Stratmans)
