Decal is later (should be block or script R&R Fanatics) and wondering if this one was re-badged at the factory?

1984 Tokai Goldstar Sound Stratocaster w/ Maple neck | Reverb
MIJ Tokai Stratocaster - Plays and sounds great with the vintage E series pickups.
Trem and input jack plate are the only things to my knowledge that are not original. Great sounding vintage guitar.
Has some nicks, scratches and wear as pictured. Neck is straight with minimal fret wear.
