The only way I would ship to Malaysia would be if they did a wire transfer. Get the money in your account first and make sure to add in your fees. Your bank will probably charge you 25-35 dollars. Paypal's e-check may work well too but I'm not positive. There are probably a lot of good people in...

    oops !

Our market and the European market are very similar. It is becoming difficult to sell high end guitars to new customers here. All of the big spending by the younger generation is on computers. Isn't most of Europe's guitar inventory imported. Some of the top guitar manufactures are Fender...

    magnet swapping in VH-1

Yeah different magnets will give different results. Just depends on what you have to swap out and what you like. Most of the MIJ pickups are good candidates to experiment with.

Greco pickups under a Microscope ..........

I think I made the same mistake once. I swapped a cover on an old VH-1 for a guy and noticed the black magnet. It appeared to look the same as the other ceramic MIJ magnets I have seen. The way the pickup sounded though I thought that it couldn't have been ceramic. I should have tried to measure...

    cap's in ls125

I think you hear the biggest difference with vintage style amps. Lots of people will change caps and then plug into their POD or high gain rig and expect to hear a big change. You're not going to. But when playing through a decent tube amp I can hear the difference in caps.

    Replacing pots on Burny Custom

Use a round file to open up the diameter of the hole. You won't hurt the finish. It dosen't really take long to do. I also had to open up the pointers a bit. I used a dremel tool for that.
