I bought it brand new so I would say a 2002 or possibly 2001. I personally have no doubt that it's MIJ but I sure can't see any way of proving it :lol: No serial numbers or anything although I don't believe that's unusual for the later models.

I thought the new Korean copies were labelled Goldstar. I had one for a few months then upgraded to a Japanese breezysound but I'm sure the Korean '52 reissue was a Goldstar Dave

Not that I've found either. I haven't removed the neck plate to see if there is one under there but there are certainly no numbers anywhere else and mine is Japanese for sure. Dave
