    Help Confirming MIJ Breezysound

I bought it brand new so I would say a 2002 or possibly 2001. I personally have no doubt that it's MIJ but I sure can't see any way of proving it  No serial numbers or anything although I don't believe that's unusual for the later models.

    Help Confirming MIJ Breezysound

Hi everyone. I bought this Breezysound from a very reputable dealer here in Ontario back in 2002. At the time he was selling both Goldstar and Breezy Sound guitars. There was certainly a big price difference and a noticable difference in quality between the 2. Unfortunately there are no markings...

    Goldstar Sound Telecaster !!!????

I thought the new Korean copies were labelled Goldstar. I had one for a few months then upgraded to a Japanese breezysound but I'm sure the Korean '52 reissue was a Goldstar Dave

How to tell if a new Tokai GoldStar is from Japan or Korea?

Not that I've found either. I haven't removed the neck plate to see if there is one under there but there are certainly no numbers anywhere else and mine is Japanese for sure. Dave

Just updated from Korean to Japanese Tele

I thought I could resist but I should never have picked it up. "It" is a brand new Breezysound Tele finished in White Blonde with maple neck c/w skunk stripe. Gone is the Korean butterscotch, if my wife hadn't been with me I'd probably still have both but I'd also be in a lot of trouble. Hard to...

TOKAI 1952 REISSUE BUTTERSCOTCH BLONDE TELE

Not sure! If it's going to cost you that much why don't you call Songbird or Murch and see what they can do for you? Dave

Hi everyone + couple of newbie questions.

I just purchased a new Korean Goldstar Sound Tele in butterscotch with black pickguard and maple fretboard for the ridiculous price of $399 Canadian. :D Now the mods can start but I have a couple of questions. I'm planning on installing Harmonic Design pups and a 4 way switch, and maybe a...
