I just changed the pickups on the above LS-214BS to Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates (7.3 & 8.2K) with coil split, 50's style wiring, PIO caps & restrung with 10 - 50 GHS Pure Nickel Roller Rockers. Very impressed with the difference.

Tokai LS214BS SN2450217 I Bought this a week ago to replace my Edwards ELP108. It also accompanies my 2008 Tokai LS165s GT, so no surprises on the quality and playability. I have measured the frets and this one came with the SBB213 fretwire not the SB214 specified in the 2024 catalogue.
