    For Sale/Trade Tokai 2008 SG-175

I am selling this great Tokai. I'm just not an SG guy. It now sells as SG-210 I am also open to trade opportunities. A Tokai Strat, Firebird, or Les Paul would be especially preferred. Here's the specs.. http://www.theguitarshop.jp/catalogue/catalogue-html/premium2.html Here's my Reverb...

    Mat Strat

I am not much of a Strat guy. The only one I own is my Tyler Variax, and I bought that primarily for the Variax functionality not its "stratness." I have several MIJ LP's, including Tokais. I did recently purchase a Greco Spacey Sounds. Anyway, there has been a Tokai Mat Strat on my local...

    Thanks for the help

thanks It SCREAMS out for a Custom. For some reason,I've found cool Greco, Burny, Edwards, etc. but not Tokai. There is a near mint HLC-175 been on Ebay for a while. I bought another guitar from the guy already and the Custom is not a GREAT price, but it's pretty good. I'm pretty frugal...

    Thanks for the help

I don't post here a lot. I just "lurk and learn...." but this website has been enormously helpful and along with another website on MIJ guitars has provided me the info to start really collecting these awesome guitars. I have Grecos, Burnys, Arias, Bacchus (Bacchi?), etc. but Tokai are my...

Is it really Greco Les Paul Custom EGC68?

I agree. Looks like an EGC 68-50 Has all the right stuff. Open "O" matches the model year. Truss rod cover is the correct shape. Inlay and script look correct. "black beauty" just defines... a Black Les Paul Custom. Some people think BB's are only the 3 pickup models, but opinions differ...

NGD Greco 1984 Phil Collen Signature - Kahler and Dryz

Excuse the smudges but I didn't feel like getting it all sparkly before I took photos. I was too busy PLAYING IT. 1984 Greco Phil Collen Signature model. And of course it's Open "O" Mint Collection. Ok, I have a few Grecos but none with DryZ. I've heard they are epic and I know they cost 20k...

    NGD Tokai LS160

I DIG this guitar! My other (and first) Tokai is a HLS240 with a flamed top, so having a modern era plain top non-Hibiki Shop model seemed the way to go. Yes... it is the way to go. This thing is gorgeous, sounds tremendous and at .040 12th fret high E there is absolutely no buzz whatsoever...

    1985 Tokai LS What?

I'll add on to the previous and say I don't trust this seller either. Personal experience (I ended up not buying) as well as warnings from others I trust If you got a great one from him - that's great though !

    Is this a real 1981 LS60?

    It definitely helps. Thx

    Is this a real 1981 LS60?

To me, if my spidey sense (tm) says CAUTION I listen and this one is setting mine off a bit Fwiw, IMO anybody selling a guitar should be able to answer a question about the action - does it play low action with no buzzing or dead spots? And have the tools to Measure I set my guitars...

Thanks. Yea, I'm not convinced I want an inkie vs a conventional Tokai. Thanks
