It is a fairly reasonable LP clone. Not as good as the Japanese, but decent. I think the headstock may be the key here. What companies have done LP knock-offs with "Les Paul Model" decals in the last 10-15 years?

Hi, I got this LP copy as a part of a trade. The previous owner says it's a Japanese Tokai about bit more than 10 years old with a Gibson decal pasted on the Tokai text. The "Les Paul Model" text seems to be original. After a little research on the web, I doubt that it is a Japanese one, maybe...
