What is the 50's mod?

Never had a problem with a Korean made Tokai, top notch workmanship. 2 Strats and a Love Rock, inlaw has a Gibby hollow body copy that is great also. Guess every line has there lemons. If you buy from a good dealer and talk with them, there not going to sell you a lemon just to be returned...

I just got a Hamer Echotone, Korean made and it's a gem also. I compared it to my bro-inlaws Tokai he just got. There both top notch, the Echotone input jack is down under which I like better. Sometimes it pays to be poor!

I have a Korean Strat, great guitar, one piece maple neck. They are really a best bang for buck piece of gear.

Nashville Tele's have some great sounds.

Kluson type on the AST-33.

Anyone change the tuners on their Korean Strat? Just wondering what the hole size is? Do the Kluson's fit right in place. Thanks Twangster

Whats the story on these guitars? Are they made by Tokai in Korea also? If should be one fine guitar if this is so. I think the Korean strat I bought, with the upgraded electronics is as good if not better than the standard strats I've looked at. I just wish the neck didn't have that heavy...

I'm going to replace the saddles on my Tokai, are they the width of a standard strat or do I need the .41 width, same as a Squier? Anyone with a link for a good set. I was looking at the Graphtechs? Thanks Joe Janasov Atl. GA

I have a set of Tokai pickups, can you tell me which goes to what position. They have red,blue and gray insulation on the wires. I don't know which is neck, bridge etc. Thanks J. Janasov
