Tokai neck profile is in the middle between the '58-style "baseball bat" and the 60's slim neck on all MIJ LP-style models.

Hi, you're right this one is close to being brand-new. It's a 2013 model. Here are a photo of the serial. I also made a pic showing the back, note that the protecting foil is still on the cavity cover.

BURNY IS SOLD!

The top is veneer on solid maple cap I suppose - like on the Tokai LS160F - but I can't tell for sure because of the shielding paint. The serial is 0388038.

It can be a Tokai-made one. I've also checked the tailpiece and it is made of aluminium, like on the Tokai LS150s. Here's a photo of the long tenon and pickup cavity. The shielding paint is also very clever. This is the most silent, noise-free electric guitar I have ever had.
