    "Made In Japan" Stamp

I'm pretty sure they were using MIJ stickers up to at least 2003.

    1 Screw Truss Rod Covers

There were at least two batches of 12 made, possibly as many as 3 or 4, and each batch was slightly different. I played one in person which had a single screw TRC, despite being made in Japan! It was a long time ago but I'm sure the other 1-screw models I've seen were pre-China.

    1 Screw Truss Rod Covers

The make in Korea stuff was ordered by a legit Canadian distributor but completely unauthorized by the parent company. I've seen some genuine one screw Korean models, notably some of the early 00s relics sold in the UK.

Another new member looking for help with model ID (Love Rock)

That's not necessarily true. There's a maple cap there for sure, but the surface could be a flame laminate. The only way to tell would be to check the join lines and the grain lines. If they line up on the top and on the walls of the pickup cavity then you have a solid top. If they don't match...

    Pickups for Love Rock (favorites)

I had SD alnico 2 pros for a couple of years but for the last 15 years I've been using a set of Bareknuckle Mules. Love them, don't have any reason to switch.

Love Rock w serial starting with F0...

With letters in the serial number and made in 2010 it's going to be Chinese. The shape could be a USA version to avoid Gibson trademarks.

    2008 ES-Custom (ES-205) Love Rock

I've got a love rock LS200 which has 8-28 written in the pickup cavity. I always assumed it was a date, but it's a bit of a coincidence that yours ends in 28 as well. Maybe the high end models are made in batches of 28?

More info about Tokai Love Rock?

There is literally no information here. A "Tokai Love Rock" could be worth anything from $200 to several thousand. What's the guitar you're looking at?

What Does ALC In The Model Name Designate...?

ALC is the same as ALS but the C means it's a Les Paul Custom replica and the S means Les Paul Standard.

Special Limited Run Tokai LS Models

In the early 00s there were two UK runs, around 24 instruments total, where Tokai bodies were sent to the UK and given custom hardware/electronics and a relic finish.

    LS150 made in Korea?

The LS150 was never made in Korea. The seller is BS'ing you. Red flag #1. There's a lot of weird stuff going on in those pictures, and the faded serial is a red flag as well, do you have any shots of the front of the headstock? At this point I'm not even sure you could say it's a Tokai. Do you...

    2014 tokai loverock ls173 authentication.

Price seems decent, and I don't see any red flags for authenticity. It's obviously had a few mods so I'd want more information on those - the TRC is not a big deal, in fact lots of people prefer it, but if he didn't mention that then what else hasn't been mentioned? And I'd definitely want to...

    Identifiying this guitar (in pieces)

Wow, that's a bad break and on top of that a very, VERY bad repair. There's a lot of work to be done there. There are lots of YouTube videos of experts attempting restorations of similar damage. twoodfrd has done some great ones on similarly bad headstocks and csguitars has recently done an SG...
