    what width is the nut usually on a greco les paul

    is there generally a standard width nut on a greco les paul I saw an auction for an eg900 today and the seller states the nut is 44mm wide do all greco lp type guitars have a 44mm wide nut or does it vary are some 43mm ?

    thanks for that but I will be letting a pro take care of it ,my guitar is way too important too me for me to risk making a mistake , which I most likely would.... I would probably melt something or worse....

    I have a ls80 and the bridge pickup is microphonic if I get the pickup wax potted will it change the sound of the pickup ?

    Is the TokaiRegistry forum really causing inflation?

    The tokai forum is definitely a resource that is raising peoples awareness re tokais and their quality so I think it stands to reason its partly responsible ..... along with ebay and other online auctions, and worldwide dealer prices on the increase for new and secondhand tokais

    whew ... I should say you were lucky usually just a quarter turn on the truss rod nut is safe then check the neck relief then another quarter turn if needed then check again and so forth good luck with it
