Thought I would post a photo of the reception my Firebird got at a gig the day after it arrived. I did replace the truss rod cover with a white one, as well as the knobs, which came in gold. It's now a true "tuxedo" guitar.
I realize it's Korean, and not nearly as nice as all the 'Pauls I see here (I do have '79-made in Kalamazoo-LP: 3 piece neck, one piece body, volute, etc., as well as several other nice expensive guitars), but it's a real tip of the hat to Tokai that even thier cheaper stuff is excellent.
