I called bob @ Tokai UK last week, to ask dimensions of the pickup surrounding rings so that i could order some from WD or Allparts.
Instead of giving me the info i asked he says "Just give me your address and i ll send you a pair". I got them 5days later.
This is what i call customer service. Blimey... i am stoked. I know its a 3quid thing and it doesnt really matter, what matters is the professionalism and the kind of gesture , which makes me wanna buy more Tokais.
