Everything looks good except for the weight (too light for one piece mahogany body) and the color (it's obviously black, not cherry red)...

OK, the seller seems to have mixed up the color and weight with his second auction, a very nice 1979 Greco SA-900 ES copy:

It is a Michael Schenker V model.Greco has a very similar model.
I remeber Loverocker and me talking public an privatly about a Schemker V replica jhe was looking for.I don't remember if he finally got ir.

I much prefer typical V with the clear wood and thick and different Tokai logo.In fact I was about getting one for myself(40.000 yen asked price 2 years ago) an my collection but some financial troubles got me out of teh game.

What's interesting about this model is the weight of 3.6 kg of the one piece mahogany body (assuming the seller mixed it up with the Greco) and that it's probably one of the first Flying V copies by Tokai.

Hmm, on this site he offers some more pictures, and the close-up of the headstock back clearly shows the serial number 013867. So before you seriously start bidding, you should try to contact him and ask about the age. The rest of the guitar looks like a 1983 model though, maybe Tokai used another numbering method on Flying Vs?

I don't think so,but who knows...
Someone talked here about Burnys being 5 digit serial number whereas Tokais were 7,so as far as this guitar has got a 6 digit serial number....

I just checked that auction text again, and in the table with the specs he lists the serial number as "301...", but I really can't see that 3 in his pictures, either it's a very weak stamp on the first digit, or he has used an image editor to blacken it.

Anyhow, he has some more fine Japanese guitars to sale here, e.g. a white 1981 Greco Flying V:
