Would love to get some feedback on what you guys would like to see on the site that isn't there. I'm planning on doing a tutorial on changing machine heads (tuning keys) and pickups on the Korean Strats.

Any other ideas?

Ned

Ned: That'd be great! Also some info for us uninformed on the different value pots to use, and 3 or 5 way switches, and anything else of interest that we can mess around with at home. Some things are better left to the professionals, but I think a good screwdriver set and some basic info would get alot of us into making changes that would benefit our playing and sound.

Ned, you asked on a previous thread if anyone would be interested in T-Shirts.There has been no response but I for one think Tokai branded merchandise would be a great idea provided you could secure the licensing.
T-Shirts, hats etc.

So you would rather see Tokai branded items instead of Tokai Registry branded items?

Might be hard to get the licensing.

Ned

I think a nice heavy leather or web nylon guitar strap with a Registry logo or patch would be cool... I'd buy one.

How about a pickup wiring masterclass for the DIY-er (to save us a few quid/bucks/euros/etc (delete as appropriate)).

Just a though.

Are you looking for just verbage or for a series of articles where I actually replace parts on a guitar.

I can do either one. My thoughts are actually taking you through the mods on a guitar would be better. Does the guitar matter? IE Goldstar vs Love Rocks. I have a Korean Goldstar that would be perfect for this but both my Love Rocks are MIJ and I prefer to keep them stock.

I could rewire the Strat and draw corrolations to the Love Rocks.

Great Ned.I am absolute begginer at this kind of things but I'd like to learn.
I think will be good discussing best parts to buy(ie:expensives but worth and others with a good price/quality relationship).
I miss my good friend Peter Mac helping here but he is missing.Aparece amigo

OK. Finally finished the first installment. Let me know if I'm close to the mark on what you were looking for.
