Hummm, I have put the 2 pictures side to side and shecked carrefully and it really seems to be the same. And I don't think a japanese tokai would have the wave headstock

I'm not defending this guy, just my observation. The one at Joe's could well be Korean, it has the 3 screw truss rod cover, but it is a bit different to the Korean one reviewed on this site.

By the way I've owned 3 Tokai acoustics, 2 J55's and a J160e copy and they were all excellent guitars for the money. I too would love a J200 copy, and would/will buy a Korean one if I happen to come across one for the right price. $ 699.00 is not the right price :)
 
yep, I 'm not trying to attack the guy, just felt there is something wrong somewhere. But I could be wrong :oops: :oops: I checked with the picture on the mike's music shop site.
