I was looking for a j-200 replica on e-bay and look what i found:
http://jvguitars.com/viewcateg.pl?cat=Acoustic%20Guitars

this guy is obviously selling a korean tokai j-200 ( the same we can find at mike's music) for a japanese model. And it's more expensive than at mike's music!!!! And he writes "like new" !!! no wonder why!!! IT IS new!!

That doesn't look like the ones Mike is selling. Different bridge I'm quite sure.

Hummm, I have put the 2 pictures side to side and shecked carrefully and it really seems to be the same. And I don't think a japanese tokai would have the wave headstock

Check out this Korean one. Different bridge and headstock is not bound.

I'm not defending this guy, just my observation. The one at Joe's could well be Korean, it has the 3 screw truss rod cover, but it is a bit different to the Korean one reviewed on this site.

By the way I've owned 3 Tokai acoustics, 2 J55's and a J160e copy and they were all excellent guitars for the money. I too would love a J200 copy, and would/will buy a Korean one if I happen to come across one for the right price. $ 699.00 is not the right price

yep, I 'm not trying to attack the guy, just felt there is something wrong somewhere. But I could be wrong I checked with the picture on the mike's music shop site.
