Just FYI for you guys...

The Tokai's made specifically for the Japanese market will soon be a thing of the past for customers outside of Japan. Japanese dealers will stop selling new Japanese market Tokais on ebay and elswhere outside of Japan due to copy right laws. This will also allow Tokai to ensure each dealer has a protected territory in which to sell guitars without preditory pricing via the internet which will help Tokai grow worldwide.
 
Well, they're going to have to come up with better designs if they want to sell well here in the states.
Especially since they won't be able to do Replicas here.
Basically come up with their own series of models with thier own original looks. Like Ibanez, Yamaha, ESP, Fernandes , and others have had to do.
The slightly altered versions they are doing now just wont make it here.
They'll actually have to go back to the drawing board and put their own twist on the classics. Like the Ibanez Artist, Fernandes Ravelle, ESP Eclipse, for examples.

It's the same Love Rock models that are available today - different headstock and horn. This weekend I'll be updating the US Distributor site with the latest catalog of Tokai's available in the US.
