No the vine inlays are stock and similar if not the same as an Ibanez 2671/2681 (see "Ibanez Collectors World" website and key word search on those reference numbers).

These guitars also have a very nice wine finish to them. Not sure about the wood but I would guess that construction is similar to a Les Paul Custom but made from a far eastern type mahogany. Remember this is 70's stuff so possibly an Indian rosewood fingerboard.

Yes I think Fender are still involved with Arbiter.
