Been meaning to compare and contrast once I removed the tort shell scratchplate from the LPB (weird but worked - however not as well as with surf green, I have a little project on the way :)) Anyway, I digress, here you go:

I really like the middle one.....then again I'm a sucker for Sonic Blue too!
That neck has some serious frets!
 
Brian, the Tokai in the middle of my first picture is sonic blue however it has yellowed with age so I call it surf green. Thank goodness Tokai didn't do a Daphne blue too
