Thanks guys. Yes it was agora le dark wine red colour and pretty beaten so I had no qualms about stripping it and painting it. I know it's not quite the correct spec for Claptons '64 but it works I think. I had to cheat the design a little to fit the '74 style SG.
It was a commission and the client supplied the guitar. He's pretty chuffed and picks it up this week, I wonder what it will sound like. |

Great work, been tempted to do something like this for a long time project since I love that Fool SG. Can't decide which kind of guitar I would dare to try it on though. That's still a huuuge dilemma lol. _________________ "What, another one? But for God's sake why, they all look the same?!!" |
