yeah...looks like maple

binding on body??? binding on neck.....are they the same?

also made in japan stamp on neck looks genuine !!

So it does!

The tribute series are really good btw. A nice way to get an affordable, no nonsense/gets the job done/ good sounding Gibson.
More interesting than their more expensive models on offer.

You're right about that - I have one in the honeyburst (first year issue before the flood hit the Gibson factory). Great little guitar, nice neck and nice tone.
