Selling my 1980 cherry sunburst egf1000 super real,
with dimarzio paf pickups.
This guitar sounds and plays really good, not much fret wear with a nice
action.
some wear mostly on the back, lacquer crazing round by switch cavity
and lacquer worn off an edge, one small lacquer wear on front.
The neck is 59 type chunky but feels great in your hand.
It was bought from villager and is in good condition.
I replaced the stop/tail and bridge with faber parts and slightly aged them,
I'll post with the original part.
I'm looking for ?1200
Cheers.

The best i can do is take the faber stop tail and bridge off and i'll keep the hard case that cost me ?50.
I'll take ?950 and i'm still losing ?300
That's it, it needs to go but i'm not giving it away.

I sympathise about the hit, but you only buy from Villager if you mean to keep. His stock is good, but priced highly.

My original offer is firm, but obviously I appreciate your position, I find selling a complete bitch at the moment.

Good luck dear chap

OK, keep the case and the Faber kit, strip out the DiMarzios and make it ?850

You would be crazy not to take those DiMarzios. The 1980-1982 type is one of the best vintage pickup I have ever heard.

Beautiful Greco!
I still miss my 850...
Never heard the DiMarzios, but the PU-2 and Zs are great.
Greco/Maxon made some good pickups in those days...

I might take you up on that.
Just trying to finish a 59 replica i made, I'll see what they sound like in
a couple of weeks.
The best pickups i've tried so far are shed pafs, better than bareknuckle imo.
I'll pm you when i've got them in my replica, if i like them guitars yours.
