Hi all
I've recently joined your group and not sure whether I'm in the right place for my query, sorry if I'm in the wrong place.
My question is this. I bought a Tokai bass in 1985 second hand. It has a precison body but on the headstock it says Tokai jazz, sound oldies but goldies (Last part worn away)
It is in metallic green with a maple neck/fretboard.
The serial number is: 104419 located on the chrome neck plate.
On the neck it has a made in Japan sticker and also an oval sticker with 75 in.
The Tokai writing on the headstock is in Bold block style, not the Fender style. I've tried to research it here but nothing shows up. Any help please?
Thanks |

Hi
Thanks for replying, yes that's the same headstock logo, my neck doesn't have a rosewood fretboard but a maple one and it's on a Precision style body!
Thanks again. |
