Bad pictures, but volume and tone knobs incorrectly placed, weird horn, serial number and made in japan stamp look o.k. as long as Tokai was stamping MIJ in 2002. Could this be one of those made for export models ?? The bad pictures might be on purpose.

Hang on boys.... those are legit MIJ. They were only around for a brief moment - horn was shortened and knob configuration swapped to avoid copyright for export.

OK. I knew Tokai made some models with the different horn but I didn't know about the controls.

Oh sorry but I've never seen a horn like this on a Tokai.
Also the bad headstock picture caused my suspicion.
Always so much to learn in this forum.
