This is one I haven't seen before:

The curved headstock shape is the same as seen on the English info flyer.

We discussed this one over at MLP forum. Looks legit only not the story behind it for I have logged numerous Reborn Old with later serial number than this one. Also there's another one discussed in old thread here but the pics are gone now. There's also a Bison Golden Era Reissue owned by Harold that has Fujigen trademarks (and a normal headstock shape).
Curious about the real story behind it.

There may not be any real story behind it, other than it was a prototype for an export model.
There's no reason to lose the open book headstock inside Japan.

Doesn't seem like much of a "missing link" to me, but yes, extremely rare so a good one for the collectors.

One of my favourite colours so I'd buy it if the price was reasonable.

Nice look!

To me, it's a collector-only item. WAY too pricey.

What's the actual color code on that one? The pictures seem a bit enhanced, is there really an almost black band around the outer burst?

Indeed, looks like OS to me.
