I have seen these being sold here and there, as early 1980's CE-200 which is wrong, according to the serial numbers used prior to 1985.
The CE-200 (not D model), were first made in the late 70's and had a 6 digit serial, with the last two digits being the year, eg, xxxx76 whould be a 1976 model. Here is a link for a 1976 catalogue with the CE-200 mentioned below the CE-250 picture, the price was 20,000 yen

When the 7 digit serial started in 1981/82, the first digit was for the year in the 1980's, but, the serial was more like this, eg, 4000xxx for a 1984 model, or 400xxxx for a 1984
Yours is 2012874, which if using the 7 digit format, suggests it is 1982, but not so, no ce-200 was available then, only CE-200D different guitar.

I think you are best to send an email to tokai gakki yourself, and provide as much information about your guitar as possible, and see what the reply is.
I don't know when the CE-200 made a return, and had the 201xxxx serial, but your is definately not a pre 1985 in my opinion only.
