Treble bleed advice for Burny needed

Can anyone recommend a treble bleed that they have had good results with-i need it for an early 80s Supergrade, wired 50s style with VH1s.
 
what value pots do you have? they should be 500k for regular paf style humbuckers, but anyway, depending on the way your amps input impedance/your cable capacitance, and the guitar you may still need it. in this case take a 220kresistor and 500pf mica cap twist em up in parallel and solder it in between the hot/pickup wire pot lug and the middle/wiper lug on the pot. if it changes the taper too much, try it with just the cap.
