Just want to share a sunny little story, folks.
As some of you may have noticed I've been on the search for a good Firebird that won't cost me an arm and a leg for a while. (See my "Tokai Firebird" thread). Out of frustration I mailed Tokai in Japan, and guess what? Less than 24 hours later they reply giving me all the answers I need. Now THAT's what I call keeping a good customer relationship!
I can't imagine any other company like Fender, Gibson, Fernandes, or whatever, would respond like that on a mail from one single "non-important" customer on the other side of the earth.
Anyone else with any experiences on this topic?
Is Tokai customer support really that good?
