Had this in a tokai super edition and want to know how to wire it up as some of the wires have broken off so I have no idea where the battery clip goes and all the other wires etc.

Any help super appreciated.

Looks like a simple preamp similar to this:

A picture from the back of the circuit board would be helpful to see how the components are wired.

Edit:
Without a picture I'd say:
Blue to pickup
Yellow to output jack
Red battery positive
Black battery negative.
But need a picture to be sure.
