Anyway of knowing if its Japanese, it has two screws, when it comes I will have a look in the neck pick up cavity as well.

its a tokai thats been changed as so often happens

IF it's a tokai and IF it has 2 screws then it's Japanese. Bear in mid you can cover a 3 hole trc with a gibson bell trc and hide the two bottom holes.

This is the relicked one that sold yesterday isn't it? I contacted the seller and he said it had a gibson shaped TRC with one screw at the bottom and one screw at the top. Did you buy it stereohigh?
