A 3 hole TRC usually indicates Chinese (or Korean, if it's older). I would assume that one is Chinese.

MIJ Tokais should have a 2 hole TRC, a la Gibson.

The serial number prefix of C, and the 3 screw TRC would generally point to it being chinese.

The headstock is interesting - the Chinese stuff over here in the UK doesn't have that h/s and i don't really see many chinese guitars based in Japan. The headstock is an openbook design - the chinese stuff over here in the uk has a slightly different shape to that.

This on sale from ishibashi?

Unless i am missing sometihng massive - i'd say it's an LS48?!

beat me to it

It's an 09 so definitely chinese era. They also started putting on C and FC as prefixes depending on the output factory.
