We've been talking a lot about it on the local forum - dealing with the "grr... fake Asian Les Pauls," responses.

Those come mostly from people who haven't played them. Those that have are pretty sold. It's a great opportunity down here because their American competitor doesn't have a presence at the moment because of their nazi-like requirements to get an agency.

I got my LS150 which I'm thrilled with. And by all accounts, they seem to be flying out of the stores. Another year of this and everyone who plays guitar in SA will have heard good stuff about them.
