That was not very expensive, was it? EUR 1183. To my door then around 1450EUR I'm not into them just curious
Don't they come in BLACK?

From a shop indeed.
Far from Tokyo.

To haggle can be successful in Japan cause it is not a Japanese custom to do.
The shop keepers don't have a "built in" anti-haggle system like in the west.

Who said it is impolite?
I just use the old trick "leave the shop" if they don't lower the price. In general I get at deal before I reach the exit.

If a Japanese person haggles it is impolite but if a gaijin does they let us get away with it cause "we don't know the Japanese way

When we shop more expensive things in Japan my wife and I forst go to choose what we want, then she leaves the shop and I buy it

It is only impolite if you are japanese
Different rules apply for Gaijin

It is easy to get away with a lot in Japan (cultural clashe that is, he he).
After 5 years in Japan I know the culture rather well but still it is possible to play those silly games.
