Hi DerFrenZ,

You havent found anything yet because it is the lastest name of the LS85F VF, so try that name and you wil find many pics ;)

www.digimart.net is always good for Japanese guitar p0rn, here's some LS95s:

I used to own one of these, they are fantastic instruments, never should have sold it!

Richtone has some very good pics which show the colour well. Click on the banner at the top and I think you'l find pics in the ebay store. Very good seller too as that's where I got my LS85.

I have some pics of my own but they're currently on my phone/facebook. If I have time I will upload some pictures for you, but I'm sure the ones at richtone will be more than enough!

Not such a great pic but it was the only one I could find. Violin finish tends to look redder the it is, especially in artificial light. This pic was taken on a dark december afternoon in Helsinki... Very Edgar Allan Poe... :D

Thanks for the replies EVERYBODY,it's greatly appreciated.I already know most of the pics which can be found in the net but this exactly made me ask for more pics cause the guitar almost looks different in every pic I see.I actually don't like the red part of it that much,so it's good to hear it isn't like that in "real life".

I still look out for more "real life" pics.

Shouheng What are the pickups? I was thinking about a P-90 size humbucker for one of my Les Pauls.

harmonic design z90s...dont really sound like p90s though...has its own sound to it...hot but not really fat. its really a pain to describe tone :(

John, have a peep at the Irongear Alchemist 90s - cheap, but not cheap sounding!

They look fine when installed - I'll take a pic of one of mine this weekend.

No need Alan, mine will be installed by then :) Another well thought-out purchase!

Just need to decide which guitar to put it in :-?

John, did you ever install those High Order pickups?

Mick

I forgot I had them!! Thanks Mick! Don't know what to put them in though, I have six Les Pauls that all sound great as they are...oh what a problem

I've heard some really good things about Irongear pickups, are they really as good as people make out?

Oh and here's a pic of mine. It's about the only one which shows the 'true' colour of it in my opinion, even if it is at an oddish angle:

The Alchemists are really nice - I think I'd disagree with the review stating they're better than the BKP90s, but it's a close-run thing; and when you consider they're less than half the price, it's also a no brainer.

I've got a Steel Foundry set in a home-built tele, and they're amazing. The bridge pickup is especially fine - all bark and twang with oodles of character.

I'll be ordering a pair of Rolling Mills next week, so I'll post about those then if you're interested. No idea what the high output stuff is like, as it all starts sounding a bit too clinical to me around 15k, but so far I can't fault them even when taking price out of the equation.
