help identifying burny/fernandes explorer

need some info on this guitar. I have never seen a burny with fernandes logo before. Seller sais it has no serialnumber. Any info ?

Just in case you didn't know Burny is Fernandes
I dont think I have seen one with both names on before but I am sure someone will have
It is very common for Burnys to have no serial number
 
I haven't seen an Explorer with the two names but there are lots of other models out there with the two brand names on them.
Mostly strat models though.
 
Very odd,I feel something is not right with it.....I would pass...
See how you got and older and a newer logos....
 
Just got a Fernandes explorer which normally you'd expect a Burny logo, yes strange to see both on a headstock.
