Wow, there's so many things that don't add up on that guitar, I hardly know where to begin... but let's start with the easy stuff:

It's probably not an 85 either, at least not completely.

well i agree its not a 115 100% certain, if it has a steel trem it is probably a 85 ..if it has no steel block then its a 65 for sure..
thats not the neck date !! there is no neck date...
but ... I have seen an 85 with no neck date and a B stamp
I have also seen an 85 with a neck date and a c stamp..
so if the trem block is steel and the finish is nitro then its an 85
if the block is not steel its a 65 with a poly finish..
