Hi, I am new around here, but quite happy to have found this forum. I have had my Tokai AST62 for about ten years.
My AST62 looks like ash, finished with a translucent/milky butterscotch color........You can see the grain of the wood through the finish. It is also heavy, which can be a trait of ash....
Is this an unusual finish and body combo?
