I've been lurking here for quite a while, but this is my first post.

I've got a 1980 Greco SG, which I believe might be model SS-600. I'm trying to determine if it's a Super Real, and thought the experts here could weigh in. It was made in March of 1980, and it's got the correct flower pot insignia on the headstock, bell-shaped truss rod cover, fret-edge binding, trapezoid inlays, and a very dark burgundy finish. The pickups are ink stamped on the back with the number 20030 7. There is no large Z stamped on the pickups. It's a great playing and sounding guitar!

I would love to know whether it's a Super Real, what kind of pickups are in it, how rare it is, and what it might be worth. Thanks in advance for any input you have.

I figured out how to get the photos to display. Sorry for any inconvenience.

there's no SG in the super real catalogue but I guess you can say it is. Pick up are Maxon u-2000.

...not in the 1980 catalogue I see ..but there are other catalogues from 1980 not just one.....I have had 2 1980 SS700's recently..identical to below ..from the 1981 catalogue....but yours has trapezoids so not a 600 ..

1980 = superreal though
