The pics are a bit soft, but, it looks like a 3 screw TRC and possibly the TOM has the screwdriver slot style height adjusters, used on MIK/MIC, not the thumbwheel style as used on MIJ.

It says Japanese in the title of the ad.

It is a hard call because of the blurry pics, but it may be a MIC SG38. The plastic cover is black, like MIJ and MIC, not cream, which is normal on MIK.

edit.

The carve on the body for MIC/MIK is different to MIJ. The reflection looks more like MIC/MIK. Compare it to the link settebello posted, certainly MIJ there.
