This is a repost as I still can't find out anything about this guitar, when it was made or if someone else has a similar one.

I wonder if anybody can help me with the following, I've been able to find absolutely nothing out about this Tokai guitar I purchased about three years ago. It's my main guitar and is absolutely brilliant in comparisson to my other guitars. Links to pictures of the guitar can be found below also. All I can tell you about the guitar is that it's a Custom Telecaster:

Headstock
---------

Tokai Custom Edition
The quality musical instruments of the world

Serial Number on back of guitar body
------------------------------------

223675

Pickup
------

L.White

Locking Trem licensed under Floyd Rose Pats.

Specs
-----

Locking Trem
Single Humbucker (L.White)
Reverse Headstock
Single Volume Pot

Any information especially a price on guitar would be great along with anybody else who owns a guitar like the one I've got plus pictures etc..

Many thanks
Jon.

Jon, I can't tell you much about that guitar but I remember the model, it's probably from the late 80's. There was also a black one with red bindings, I almost bought one of those.

There's a version of it here:

Thanks for that, I think i have a really rare one here as it's not the same as the one in the picture. It has only one humbucker in the bridge position which is quite rare in itself. I haven't been able to find out any moer about this guitar apart from the catalogue picture mentioned, ho hum... I guess I'll just have to be content with it.

: ) Jon.
