Hello everyone I am very interested in a Tokai but now I am searching around for left-handed ones. Can anyone verify what model this one is? I was told it is a 2005 model, so does that mean korean made and not as good as the ones from Japan. Thanks alot everyone. I am finding it difficult to locate lefties in Canada. Gakki is the factory I think i read, maybe not.

As far as I know the Japanese made ones are of higher quality, but thats only what I've read here.

Ask the seller what model it is, if it is a ALS its Made In Kora, LS stands for MIJ
Good luck mate
I just got my 2:nd hand LS-70F from japan and mate it's a beauty

that sounds like a korean made tokai (but made slightly differently with better woods etc for the Canadian Market).

I own a custom Tokai (Canadian version) and it is a very nice guitar.

So far I can only find a lefty with the sunburst or tobacco burst color, like the one listed on ebay. I wanted one with a lighter color but I might just have to make do. On this forum I don't any with this color.

I spoke to a guitar store today regarding which models of Tokai they had and they told me the model number ending in 45 instead of 48, does anyone know the difference?
