Hi - Today I went in to my local guitarshop to have a look at a new practice amp - an Ibanez Valbee  - It turns out that the shop just recently got hold of a really nice LS-150. I played it and instantly fell in love with it. The shop owner told me that he would be willing to make a trade with me. He said that I could get the LS-150 and the amp in exchange of my LTD EC-1000 STBC and my Tokai LS-70 in black. I think it would be a pretty decent deal, but what do you guys think?

Best regards
Kim

I think I'm gonna go for it. I am hoping that the shop will keep my LS-70 so that I can buy it back when I get the money

No!
It features PAF-Vintage MK-I pups.

My advice: Be careful what you buy.
The LS150 is not officially in the current Tokai catalogue.
Therefore, I recommend always to look not only for the models name. Proof the specs.

Here are the true specs.
So you are able to compare:

Body: 2A/3A Flamed Maple Top
One Piece Mahagony Back
Neck: One Piece Mahagony, (Deep Joint)
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Positions Marks: Pearloid
Pickups: PAF-Vintage MK-I
Pots: CTS Pots
Jack: Switch Craft
Condenser: Orange Drops
Wirings: Western Electric Wires
Bridge: Brass Saddles
Tailpiece: Aluminum
Finish: Nitrocellulose Lacquer

It?s a great value to me,and hard to get it seems. It?s better no doubt than LS-70/80, better balance and better sound. It?s the choice if you cannot spend such money on LS320/380....
