G?ldo Push/Pull Poti 500Kohm Push/Pull Poti, 500 KohmA-log., small size, 8mm? , 10mm long

Yes - "audio" or "log" taper pots are best for the guitar's volume and tone controls.

Most guitars use a linear taper as standard for the tone controls, but log taper is much more useable.

If you're in the UK, you should be buying from:

http://www.allparts.uk.com/

They have the pots you need in stock.

Thanks,

So now I understand that 500 KohmA-log., small size, 8mm? , 10mm long shaft pots are OK for Tokai's without any widening of holes.

Now for the Humbucker Pickups with gold cover, I understand

A) I need "Gibson" spacing pickups and not "Fender" dimensions.

B) Neck pickups have closer screw positions 1 14/16th inch while Bridge pickups have screw distance of 2 inches.

C) Almost any "Gibson" type HB Pickup will fit my Tokai LC ie there are standards for hole spacing etc.

Or, in standard guitar lingo, 500k short shaft audio taper pots.

Yes. However, gibson spacing is standard. The other kind will always be marked "F" spacing.

No idea. It won't matter anyway, neck and bridge pickups will always be marked as such.
