...but here's me and my main gigging axe with Fleetfoot Mike. It's a Korean ALC53 - picked up off the Tokai stand at Music Live in 2004. It had apparently been dropped or knocked, and there was a spot where the fingerboard was lifting off the neck. Tag said ?299, ?250 cash and it was mine. Thanks to Paul at Arrowhead Guitars, it's now fine, and also has a pair of Bare Knuckle Crawlers fitted in place of the stock pickups. It's a much much nicer guitar than the amount I spent on it - for what it sounds like, try our version of Go Your Own Way: rhythm parts through a Tipton Slasher, boosted for lead with a Vox V830 distortion pedal.

My spares :) (80 LC60S in cherry, and 78 Reborn in tobaccoburst) are listed in this thread.

hard to tell but looks ash. Is that a poly finish? looks awfully shiny!

The digital Camera falsifies the condition. Actually it's between polish and satin matt. The mate is 27 years old !!

ok, thought it was time I put my tokai's on the thread... the MIK Custom Cherry Sunburst is possibly up for sale (see thread in classifieds if interested). Both are fitted with SD JB in the bridge, and SD Jazz in the neck and sound awesome..
