Serial info Tokai ES-60

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to buy a ES-60.
Seller claims it's a '90 MIJ guitar.
I know it can't be a Japan made but can someone explain the serial: 122988

Serial number says 2012, and it's definitely not MIJ.

Seller sounds clueless. What's it priced at?

I don't know what the market is like in your country but in UK £ that comes to about 400 which is a little high but not completely unreasonable.

I would be a little concerned about the ignorance/deception in the ad though, so don't buy it without viewing it first!
