Help identifying model and value?

Post by brobar » Sat May 04, 2019 8:57 am

Greetings. I'm new to Tokai's so I'm not really sure what I'm looking at here. Local listing. Guy says he thinks it is an LS60 or 65.

Listing says:
Beautiful lemon drop ala Gary Moore flametop Les Paul standard. 60’s profile neck, rosewood board, w/Seymour Duncan 59 neck and TB-16 59 hybrid open coil zebra pickups...all custom 50’s wiring harness CTS pots, switchcraft 3way switch and formvar cloth covered vintage wire. Guitars in mint condition never gigged
Has CN13... serial on the back of headstock.

Any info and guidance you could provide as to model and value in your eyes would be greatly appreciated.

Well it's Chinese made. It looks to have a flame maple neck.

Looking over the 2016 catalog yours looks to be an ALS55.

In Canada they`d be $300-400 depending on condition.

I've never seen one like that. Nice.
