The headstock looks to be split right down the middle 2 piece. Were the early ones all like that ?? |

What a cool top, looks fantastic. Does it have MOP inlays? I seem to recall seeing MOP in early Tokai LPs. |

Really nice one!
my 1979 LS100 has a similar grain top.
Mine is a weird flame, not the tiger stripe kind, it has depth and then kind of disappears to wood grain depending on the light and angle you look at it.
Wish I had seen it before someone refinished the OS top.

Some very nice Tokai's represented here.
Thanks for the info villager. When did Tokai switch from 2 piece necks to one piece necks with headstock wings ?? |
