Hey, new to the forums.
I've got my hands on a 1982 Tokai Explorer that i know very little about other than the year it was made and that it's a stellar axe.
Was hoping maybe you guys could give me a little more knowledge on this little guy. Maybe a value? since i've not really seen anything like it for sale anywhere.

I know pretty much nothing other than it's an '82 and its serial number
The guy i got it off of said he bought it in Cali back in the early 90's off of the original owner. |

There nice guitars.... hard to find!! Tokai also made a '58 version of the Flying V as well in 1982. |

I have an '84. They really are good guitars. Mine has Duncan Antiquities installed and it sounds amazing.Mine is very light too, bleached mahogany two piece body, balances perfectly sitting or standing. Better than a Les Paul for many reasons imho. |
